OSN Training and Certification

The OSN Customer Certification & Educational Services (CEES) makes knowledge building easy with basic, advanced and customized training. Training includes both theoretical and practical sessions, utilizing the latest in Optistreams, as well as Aetheron Series and Hughes Network Systems™ products.

A proven range of necessary topics are covered, including satellite communication and RF fundamentals, product architecture, installation, as well as operation and maintenance procedures. Instructor lead hands-on sessions provide customers with the opportunity to perfect the skills they'll need to repeat dependable success in there networks daily operation and performance back home

Optistream's cutting-edge educational tools include web based training, testing and certification. The Certified OptiStreams Network Associate web site provides ongoing updates on available courses as well as a range of online resources. This site is in development and scheduled to launch July 2004.

CEES, as well as, our currently configured Support Center also provides our Clients with an amazing array of on-line technical knowledge. The Optistreams Knowledge base represents years of practical support solutions and configuration insight built from the beginning of the DirecPC introduction and tested in the fires of practical customer usage.
