At Optistreams, Customer satisfaction is key to our success. The standards of excellence in our Customer Services department are part and parcel of Optistreams commitment not only to our clients, but also to our position of leadership in the satellite broadband industry.

Optistreams Customer Services and technical support is responsible for overseeing the overall success of the customer’s satellite Network from a technical, logistical, operational and business perspective. Satellite Networks, like any other advanced technology, requires expertise and understanding in order to capitalize on its capabilities. Optistreams Customer Services department ensures that our customers and clients get the right support, tools and information they need when they need it.

 

 
Optistreams Customer Services is comprised of four main teams:
 
 
Dedicated to coordinating deployment, on-going support and delivery of equipment to the customer on time.

 

As the only Microsoft Certified partner in the DIRECWAY™ satellite industry Optistreams Provides the customers with solutions for integrating industry leading third party products and applications into their Satellite Networks.

 

Responsible for installing the satellite equipment and working around the clock to provide the best available solutions to Optistreams customers when they need it.

 
Provides Optistreams customers with comprehensive educational courses, certifications, tools and technical documentation that enable end users and engineers to enhance their skills set and their network's performance.
